*International Cruise Terminal – SSA Mexico*
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you’ll find The Royal Village Shopping Center. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting by Marti Sports Store.
*Puerta Maya – Cruise Terminal*
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex Gas Station and right next door a 7-Eleven. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting outside.
*Punta Langosta – Cruise Terminal*
Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall. Proceed to the Starbucks next to the lighthouse. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures shirt will be waiting right outside.
*Hotels/Airbnb*
We’ll pick you up outside by the road, once we are not allowed to enter the premises. Look for a Coco Adventures vehicle.
*Ferry Terminal*
Look for the Birds Monument outside the terminal. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting there.
Cozumel features 3 Cruise Ports. Proceed to the Pick Up point related to the Cruise Port where your cruise ship will arrive

- The Jeeps are automatic transmission and hold up to 5 Participants
- The Tour Guide may ride on board the vehicles in order to provide directions while conducting the tour
- All the Participants MUST wear closed toe shoes during the ATV Adventure
- The minimum age to drive a Jeep is 18 years old presenting a valid Driver's License
- The minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years old
- The Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or tutor
- The minimum age to ride the ATVs is 6 years old
- The minimum age for the Tequila Tasting is 18 years old with an official ID
- This tour is not available for Participants with limited mobility, back/neck problems, hearth/lungs problems, pregnant women, epilepsy and/or recent surgery (less than 6 months)
- Minimum age for snorkeling is 5 years old
- The Participants must take into consideration their fitness level to participate on the tour
- Maximum Weight Limit per Participant is 300 Lbs (Single Rider) and Maximum Combined Weight Limit is 400 Lbs (Double Rider – 2 Participants sharing one ATV)

Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
Cruise Ship Guests
If your cruise ship misses the port, your booking will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If your cruise ship changes its arrival date, your tour will be rescheduled to match the new date keeping the same time or an alternative time based on availability.

If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, Participants will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not a viable option, a full refund will be issued.
