Good to know
- The park is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
- Infants 1-5 years old and minors up to 1.20 m / 3.93 ft do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children 6-12 years old between 1.21 m and 1.40 m need one paying adult with them.
- Guests 13 and older above 1.40 m / 4.59 ft pay as an adult and take part on their own.
- Cameras are not allowed in the water for safety reasons. Professional photos are on sale at the park.
- Life jackets are mandatory in every water program.
- A mandatory Marine Mammal Protection Tax of $50 MXN (about $4 USD) per person is collected at the park. Cash only.
- Day pass for companions without a dolphin program, food and drinks included: 49 USD adults, 32 USD children.
- Cozumel is on EST (UTC-5). If you arrive by cruise ship, check your ship schedule before booking.
- Groups have a maximum of 20 people for a better experience.
