Hi, my name is Alejandra Green Díaz-González. My journey started in the vibrant world of international trade, logistics, and customer service, where I honed my skills managing large teams and fostering relationships with clients worldwide. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, which has become the cornerstone of my career.

Since 2013, I’ve been based in Cozumel, where I’ve had the privilege of working in tourism and hospitality. Whether assisting travelers at Tortugas Beach Club or managing operations for Cozumel Cruise Excursions, my mission has always been to ensure visitors experience the very best this island has to offer.

In 2021, I took my expertise to new heights, becoming an independent owner at Villas Colibrí. This allowed me to combine my administrative and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service. My efforts have always been driven by a commitment to attention to detail, efficiency, and an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and with conversational French, I bring a global perspective to my work. Every interaction, whether it’s coordinating reservations or providing top-notch customer service, is an opportunity to make someone’s day better.
